Problem z odpaleniem gry i starych seWów pod ściągnięciu DLC

Hej grałem normalnie miasto ok 90k, i nagle pojawił się problem z grą po kupieniu DLC snow. Nie mogłem odpalić juz starych zapisanych miast, a jak chciałem dać nową grę to nie chcę przechodzić i cały czas mieli. Odinstalowałem kilka razy grę, usunałem zalegające pliki gry i dalej to samo. Usunąłem DLC i dalej ten sam problem. Wszystkie aktualizacje grafiki itp mam, gra nie działa nawet jak nie mam modów.
